2. MyProsperise trading name
MyProsperise is a trading name operated by Prosperise Capital LLP. The brand covers all the service areas presented on the Platform, in particular the accounts and payments area (partnership-based neobank experience), MyProsperise Earn, MyProsperise Invest (ETFs & Shares) and introduction services for financing solutions.
The use of the MyProsperise brand does not create any separate legal entity. Any reference to “MyProsperise”, “we” or “our” in the Platform’s content refers to Prosperise Capital LLP, unless the text expressly refers to a partner institution.
3. Regulatory status
Prosperise Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number 792154 for certain investment activities. It is not a credit institution.
Prosperise Capital LLP does not hold a deposit-taking licence. It does not present itself as a bank and does not open deposit accounts in its own name. Information on its status can be checked on the public register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority, using reference number 792154.
Any reference to authorisation on the Platform is strictly limited to the scope of the permissions actually held. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as extending those permissions to any activity they do not cover.
4. Partnership-based neobank model (Banking-as-a-Service)
MyProsperise offers a neobank experience (white-label online banking). Accounts, IBANs and payment services are provided by a duly authorised partner institution. Prosperise Capital LLP is not a credit institution and does not accept deposits in its own name.
Under this model, the authorised partner institution is the legal provider of the account. Prosperise Capital LLP acts as an interface, distributor, introducer or technical service provider, depending on the terms of its contract with that institution. Depending on the architecture adopted, the account may be a named account opened in the client’s name by the partner institution, a virtual IBAN linked to a master account held by the partner institution, or a payment or electronic money account.
The protection of funds depends on the regime applicable to the partner institution (bank deposit, payment account or electronic money). Information on deposit guarantee schemes, where applicable, is provided in the contractual documents.
5. Identification of partner institutions
Payment accounts, IBANs and associated payment services are provided by one or more duly authorised partner institutions (banks or payment institutions), the identity of which is disclosed to the client in the contractual documents prior to account opening.
Prosperise Capital LLP may keep the overall list of its business partners confidential. However, the identity of the institution that actually provides the account to the client is always disclosed to them, together with the nature of the account, information on deposit guarantee schemes where applicable and that institution’s specific terms.
6. Investment services
Investment services offered under the MyProsperise brand are provided by Prosperise Capital LLP within the scope of its permissions. They include, in particular, the MyProsperise Invest (ETFs & Shares) area, governed by its Specific Terms.
Investing involves a risk of loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice.
7. MyProsperise Earn
MyProsperise Earn is a separate area governed by the MyProsperise Earn General Terms (version 2026-10-v2, in force since 14 October 2026). Earn balances, positions and transactions are kept separate, both in the accounts and visually, from the balances and transactions of payment accounts.
Crypto-assets are extremely volatile and carry a risk of total loss of the capital invested. The return targets shown are not guaranteed and may not be achieved. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Earn products are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.
8. Loans and financing solutions
MyProsperise may facilitate introductions to partners for financing solutions. The granting of credit, the APR, the total cost and the terms are the responsibility of the lending institution. A loan is a commitment to repay. The information presented is indicative.
The APR, the total cost and the terms are set out in the pre-contractual documents provided by the lending institution.
9. Informational nature of the content
The information published on myprosperise.app and in the MyProsperise app is purely informational and general in nature. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a public offer of financial securities, or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. All investments involve a risk of loss of capital, up to and including total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No performance is guaranteed.
The information on this page is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. Terms and conditions apply to all products and services.
10. Notes relating to the offers displayed
Some pages of the Website present commercial information with numbered notes. These notes have the following meaning:
- ¹ Savings: return target of up to 2.5% per year on the funds set aside, up to an eligible deposit of €200,000. Variable rate, subject to change. Applicable terms and conditions apply.
- ² SEPA transfers: standard SEPA transfers made from your MyProsperise account are free of charge.
- Cards: MyProsperise offers physical and virtual cards in three tiers — Classic, Advantage and Elite — with full control from your app.
The fees and charges applicable to each product are set out in the contractual documents and in the App. In the event of any discrepancy, the contractual documents prevail.
11. No advice and the Invest Assistant
No communication from MyProsperise (website, app, emails, artificial intelligence assistant, simulators) constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell.
The Invest Assistant available in the Invest area of the App is an explanatory assistant. The assistant explains; it does not give investment advice. Buying and selling decisions are yours.
12. Simulators and calculators
The simulators and calculators presented on the Platform are purely illustrative. Indicative simulation. No guaranteed return. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
A simulator constitutes neither a personalised offer nor a commitment by MyProsperise. The parameters applicable to a user’s situation are those displayed in their area at the time of the transaction and those of the contractual documentation they have accepted.
13. Publication management
Publication of the Website and the App is managed by the legal representatives of Prosperise Capital LLP. Any request relating to published content may be sent to support@myprosperise.app.

15. Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform — in particular the MyProsperise brand, logos, visual identity, texts, illustrations, animations, interfaces, databases and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Prosperise Capital LLP or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of Prosperise Capital LLP is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
16. Third-party brands and logos
The brands, trade names and logos of third-party companies mentioned on the Platform, in particular the companies whose shares appear in the MyProsperise Invest catalogue and the issuers of the ETFs, belong to their respective owners. Their presence implies no partnership or endorsement.
The company logos reproduced in the Invest area come from referenced public sources (Wikimedia Commons, as designated by Wikidata), under a public domain licence or, for the NVIDIA logo, the Apache License 2.0. Where no logo is available, an initials badge is used.
17. Hyperlinks
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (issuers, authorities, key information documents, service providers). These links are provided for the user’s convenience. Prosperise Capital LLP has no control over these websites and cannot be held responsible for their content, availability or personal data practices.
Linking to the Platform is permitted provided that the link does not harm the image of MyProsperise, does not suggest a partnership that does not exist and does not present the Platform’s content in a misleading context.
18. Personal data
Prosperise Capital LLP is the controller of the personal data collected through the Platform, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. The purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data subjects’ rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
The partner institutions that provide accounts and payment services may act as independent controllers for their own processing; their information is set out in their contractual documents.
19. Cookies and trackers
The Platform uses cookies and trackers that are necessary for its operation and, subject to the user’s consent, audience measurement and personalisation trackers. The arrangements for obtaining consent and the list of tracker categories are set out in the Cookie Policy.
20. Security
Exchanges between the user and the Platform are encrypted using the TLS protocol. Access to accounts is protected by strong authentication mechanisms, including a verification code at sign-in. Sensitive operations are logged at every step.
MyProsperise never asks a user to disclose their password, a verification code or a recovery phrase by telephone, email or message. Any such request must be treated as an attempted fraud and reported to support@myprosperise.app.
21. Availability of the Platform
Prosperise Capital LLP uses reasonable means to ensure the Platform is accessible. Access may, however, be suspended, restricted or interrupted, in particular for maintenance operations, updates, security reasons, constraints imposed by a service provider or a partner institution, or in the event of force majeure.
22. Editorial responsibility
Prosperise Capital LLP endeavours to publish accurate, clear and up-to-date information. The Platform’s content may nevertheless contain inaccuracies, omissions or information that has become out of date. Prosperise Capital LLP cannot be held responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of the Website’s informational content, which replaces neither the contractual documentation nor, where appropriate, the opinion of a qualified professional.
23. Languages
French and English are the reference languages of the Platform. Legal documents are published in French and in English; both versions are reference versions and are equally authoritative. Content may also be offered in German, Romanian, Dutch, Slovenian, European Portuguese and Italian; these translations are provided for information only. Where a document lays down its own rule in the event of a discrepancy between language versions, that rule applies.
